We are trying to get the date picker format to work. I changed the settings as per the documentation and the other 10+ questions I found in this forum but no luck.

 

Attached is the screen shot of the field in question, the 2nd is of the Jira settings copied directly from the advanced settings page.

Hi @Chris Thomas

This looks like the new issue view; is that correct?

There is a bug in the new issue view which is causing it not to adhere to the global date and time settings. You can follow that bug here: JRACLOUD-68381. The bug does say it's only the Backlog view but subsequent comments mention this is across the wider UI.

A good way to test if your configuration is right is to swap back to Classic view from your user profile - if it is then it's likely this bug causing the issue.
