Up until today we had access to overviews in jira work management. Our subscription (standard) hasn't changed (for years) and we just migrated a bunch of project planning over to jira work management because of the overview feature - any idea why we can no longer access it? There's now also a banner at the top of the overview page saying it's a premium feature - did Jira just paywall us out of this feature?
Hello @Adrian Battiston
Do you have only the JWM product, or do you also have the Jira Software product?
Previous announcement of the release of the feature said it would be available in JWM as part of a Jira Software Premium subscription.
Atlassian has also recently released the first Premium edition of JWM.
Were you perhaps running a Premium subscription on a trial and it has now reverted back to Standard?
We have a standard subscription to Jira Software, which also includes JWM as per here
We have not used a premium subscription on trial, but are considering a trial now in order to figure out how to transition our workflow away from using overviews for cross project management.
It's quite annoying that we had access if it was supposed to be a premium only feature from the get go... I'm not sure why this would have happened - unless with the first premium edition of JWM they just removed access to overviews for standard subscriptions.

I'm afraid I don't have an answer for you. I have access only to free and Enterprise subscriptions. I don't work with a Standard subscription on a regular basis, so can neither confirm nor refute that the functionality was available therein.
Since you are on a paid subscription you could consider asking your Jira Administrator to open a support case directly with Atlassian to see if they can provide an explanation.

Thanks ya I figured I might not find an answer in the forums but that it was worth asking.
