It seems like the git flow initialization in source tree is broken.  When trying to initialize a repository, I keep getting the following error

"sh.exe git-flow init -d"

flags:FATAL unrecognized option (d)

I had the same problem, however upgrading to latest Git fixed it for me. Was on git v2.14.3, now on v2.16.1.4
