Versions but no files in diff window of Crucible

Sometimes (in this case with all my SQL files) I get this in the Crucible window:

This obviously doesn't help me perform the code review.  Why does this occur?

In order to do my comparison I downloaded each set and copied/pasted it into a Notepad++ window then performed the compare there, for every file.  Quite painstaking.

Hi @Michael Kellogg,

There might be few reasons, invalid raw-mime.types file (see https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=170495027), bug in older version of Crucible affecting uploaded files (https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-6736), old perforce client if you are using perforce (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/FISHKB/Crucible+review+displays+text+files+as+binary) etc.  We would need to know more details about your configuration to help.
