When my users are recording review time in Crucible, the time is not sent to Jira in the good format.

If I log 10 minutes from Crucible, it adds 10h to the task in Jira. If Crucible logs 1h, it logs 60h in Jira. Seems like Crucible is sending the time in minute but the data is interpreted in hours on the Jira side. Is this fixable? Thanks

Hi Jean-Christophe,

Unfortunately this is a known issue in version 3.5 of Crucible: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CRUC-6890

As a current workaround, you can change the default time tracking unit in JIRA to be minutes, your question suggests you have this set to hours:

See: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA/Configuring+Time+Tracking

Cheers, Sigge

Hey Jean

this should be related with what's configured on JIRA time tracking.

Take a look here on how to configure this.
