Reset password for users sends new password, but password does not work

I have several users that "forgot" their passwords. They tried to reset their passwords via the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. They get an email, they follow the link to get a new password, they get a second email with a new password. With this new password they try to log into Fisheye but the password is invalid. All users are built-in users. Interestingly, their old passwords will still work.

Any ideas?

My company has the same problem mentioned above. The fix is not working?


Interestingly, their old passwords will still work. really?

When we forgot the webside password, we can get the new password from an e-mail? And when forgot other password,such as windows password, we can't reset it from an email, and what we need to do is use some tool such as Windows Password Reset to recover it.
