Moderator is not notified about change to state summarize

Hi,

we have setup crucible to allow authors, reviewer and moderators to summarize a review, but only the moderator may close it. Usually authors and reviwers know best, when all task for a review have been done. In that case one of them will summarize it to indicatze that the moderator may close from their point of view. Currently an author is notified via email, when the reviewer summarize the review or vice versa. Unfortunately the moderator is not notified although he is the one who needs to know about this stae change most.

Review notifications events settings for the correspondig user are all set to immediate.

Any idea?
