How to remove uploaded patch from the review?

Atlassian Team members are employees working across the company in a wide variety of roles.
On the review page click "Edit Details" -> "Add Content" -> "Pre-commit"
You will see screen like this:

where you are presented list of all uploaded patches. Click the 
icon on the right to remove particular patch.
