We have been using fisheye now for many months but recently it has been failing connection to the repositories more and more often. The failure is that it reports "E200015: authentication cancelled" and the only way we have found to recover this is to change one of the repositories login details to something else valid (like a developers login) test it (and it always successes) and then change the login details back to the original failing details and all is good again... until next time.
We currently have 12 repos which all have the same login (so doing our above fix only needs to be done on one of the repos and all the other then start working). We also host Fisheye locally on a standard PC. Im not sure if this information is relevant to the problem?
Does anyone see this issue?
Any suggestions for a permanent fix as this is starting to become a real pain, especially as its appears to be happening more and more often.
Many thanks.
I'm currently evaluating FishEye/Crucible.
Seeing the exact same issue on all of my 4 repos. Evaluation is running on my local Win10 machine, repos are located remotely.
Looking forward to a resolution!
This seemed to have fixed it for me:
