Error in application link in Fisheye

when trying to connect reciprocal between Jira and Fisheye we always meet the following the attached error.

How can it be fixed? Because we need this connection from Jira to Fisheye repo.

Are you able to connect to JIRA server from Fisheye using the same name set in the JIRA base url?
