Crucible is trying to write a file to the temp directory called Приказ № __ о создании комиссии для проверки готовности РКД к предъявлению ПЗ на согласование и выдачу заключения о возможности изготовл ОО для МВИ.docx.tmp

 

If that is the name of the file can you try shortening it to a few letters to see if you get the same result?
