Add Repository error

I'm trying to add a Mecurial repository from bitbucket to my Crucible installation. When "Testing Connection" the following error is displayed:

Perhaps more information would be helpful?

- Windows 2008 Server

- Using the HSQLDB still

- Have not setup a limited privilage user yet (running as Admin)
