My customer has 3 Jira DC nodes running and we need to access Node1 for testing, however each time we load the dashboard it opens Node3.
Is there a URL or a way to force specific nodes?
This is not under the control of Jira DC, but the load balancer.
If those 3 nodes are behind a firewall and can't be accessed directly, there could be some rule on the load balancer which would force choosing a specific node. This could be done based on some cookie value for example.
How sticky session are configured currently? Look at examples here:
https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/jira-data-center-load-balancer-examples-781200827.html
where the node id is part session cookie.
Hello @Alex Moore ,
This question also confuses me.
Right now, I can only use the "New Private Window" function of firefox. I will switch sites randomly after logging in a few times.
Looking forward to other easy ways to do this.
