Are there problems with the "add flag" function with Jira Datacenter v8.16.0?

We use Jira Datacenter v8.16.0.

You can call the "add flag" function, but it has no effect. No flag is set.

I can't find any issues logged about flagging not working.

Maybe you should raise it with support? (I don't have any evidence or steps to reproduce it, so I'm not the right one to raise it)
