unable to pass through the setup options page while getting started with Crowd

Hello,

I just unpacked the tar file, modified "crowd-init.properties" started crowd and then when i was trying to do the setup on my browser, the page doesn't passes through the setup option page. Here is the error i am getting on my browser:

Error while trying to retrieve the supplied base URL: "Connect to xx.xx.xx.xx:8095 [/xx.xx.xx.xx failed: Connection timed out". Try http://xx.xx.xx.xx:8095/crowd instead.

I tailed the logs on my machine and this is what i see in there:

Can someone tell me what the deal is here and why it is timing out, please?

Hi,

Looks like your Crowd Server itself cannot reach Crowd. You might have a DNS or proxy issue.
