need to place url when we receive the error you do not have permission to perfom this action.

We are planning to update login error message with URL redirection. how to do that?

ex: if user not part of confluence-users group then user will get an error message saying that "you do not have permission to perform this option" while user tried to login.

This message needs to updated like below

you do not have license to perform this action. Please click this url "Confluence Access"(hyperlink) to get a confluence license.
