our HipChat server is connected to crowd.

i can not login anymore for some reason.

entering the email address (user with matching email record exists in crowd)

HipChat keeps telling me email or password wrong...which is definitely NOT the case.

any ideas where i can look for what?

solution was to deactivate and reactivate my user in HipChat Server to kill all active sessions
