Hi, is there a way that I can create in crowd a view only role so a functional admin can check if a user should have access to a certain application in crowd.
So he/she should only have a view option. I don't mind if can see everything as long as he/she can't change anything.
you can create a group and a list of you who need the view role. And add this group to the directories and groups who can authenticate, make sure this group is not part of admin groups. Test it if it works
I have this same question - I've tried this and the person can log into crowd but they only see their own information. They can't look at the groups system wide - any way to allow this?
