New server IP adress

We change the server from a Windows 2008 R2 to a Windows Server 2019. After migration we could not connet / log in to the crowd webpage. Login on Jira was fine.

We use all of this Product on the same Server:

Crowd
Jira "Software"
Timesheet Reports
Fisheye
Crucible
Confluence
Gliffy Diagram

What we have to consider?
