Hello, How can I import users from my old internal directory in crowd to newly installed LDAP? When I use the Directory Import the error says "User Encryption Algorithms must match between directories".
Hi, Mellow.
The only option to migrate your internal Crowd users to LDAP is if you use a Delegated LDAP Directory. Can you confirm if that's the case?
If so, please go ahead and follow the steps outlined in this KB article to get it done: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowdkb/how-do-i-migrate-crowd-internal-directory-users-to-a-delegated-ldap-directory-391086175.html
Let me know if you have any questions! :)
