I have searched high and low for this and can't seem to find this information. How often does Crowd sync with LDAP and is this configurable? Is there any way to force a synchronization?
Thanks
Andrew
Hi Andrew,
This can be configured directly in the directory configuration you add to connect to AD. You can go, for instance, in Directories > Add Directory
and select the option Connector. In the configuration of this you can then go to the Connector tab and look for the setting Polling Interval which will define, in minutes, how often it will search for updates in AD.
After your Directory is configured and saved you can go to Directories
, click in the name of the directory you created to open its configuration and hit Synchronise Now to immediately start a synch.
Regards,
Gustavo Refosco
