How do you reference a group, not a single user?

Natalie Turner April 23, 2018

A user can be referenced by the '@' symbol.  How can a group (list of users) be referenced?

Hi @Natalie Turner,

As Crowd do not have a mention functionality I assume you would like to be able to mention group of people in Confluence or in Jira?

At this moment the group mention functionality is not supported in Confluence https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-23015 not it is possible in Jira https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRASERVER-28225.

You can watch those tickets to get notifications once those features are being worked on.

Hope that helps,

Marcin Kempa

Thank you, very helpful to know, as we're using Confluence & Jira.
