I have Administartion rights on Jira, but when accessing a user (via 'User Management' drop down menu) - there is no option to 'reset password' on the left hand side of the menu. Please can you advise how to resolve this?
I'm not sure what Jira version you're using, but on Jira 7.5, you can reset a user's password by going to the user's profile from User Management Screen, and then selecting 'Set Password' option from the Actions drop down menu as shown.
