Fresh Install - Getting Errors

Performing a fresh install with these instructions on Windows Server 2016

I have JDK 10 Installed. 

I Can activated my trial license, when I get to Database configuration and select embedded, after a minute or two I get this:

"The following required plugins are not available: [Crowd REST API, Atlassian Plugins - Web Resources - Implementation Plugin, Atlassian UI Plugin, Atlassian Soy - Plugin]. See Crowd server logs for details. The setup process cannot continue until the problem has been solved. If you require further assistance, you can contact Atlassian support."

JDK 10 is not supported at this time: https://confluence.atlassian.com/crowd/supported-platforms-191851.html

Please install JDK 8 and make sure that your JAVA_HOME environment variable is pointing to it.
