As an admin, I am able to login to Crowd server but the view of the crowd application is showing like as follows.
I tried to open in different browsers and tried to clear the cookies n history of browser still the view is same.
Is anyone faces this problem previously then help me out here?

As we are using Crowd v2.12.0 server, this is the bug in the version and for this, there will be a workaround provided by Atlassian. I have applied this workaround and now we are able to see the normal view as usual.
This bug has been resolved in crowd v3.0.2 server.

This is a known issue that was fixed in Crowd v3.0.2 and v3.1.1: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CWD-4968
Thus, your best option is to upgrade your Crowd server to fix it.
