I am new at a company that is using Confluence. There have been IT staff changes and the admin account password is not known. I am able to login to linux using the "root" account and I followed these steps: Restore Passwords To Recover Admin User Rights | Confluence Data Center and Server 7.3 | Atlassian Documentation but I still cannot logon to the web interface using the recovery account with the password I set. (the file that I updated is /opt/atlassian/confluence/bin/setenv.sh. I restarted the entire server, but no luck. Any suggestions? We are on Confluence version 7.93.
