single user unable to submit confiform

Hi,

A Service Request form has been designed in confiform which works well with all the users - Service Requests are coming in properly.

Only one user is unable to submit request and getting below error.

Any suggestion?

Looks like you have a ConfiForms that is set to create some Jira issue

And most probably the JSON that is mapped to do so gets broken on certain values (needs some adjustments)
