new users can't access new confluence accounts due to reCaptcha issues

Hi,

We have 2 new users who  can't access new confluence accounts due to reCaptcha  issues.

They go through the process > local admin invites them to join Confluence > the users get a link for Confluence > they filing in their details, email / name / create a password > complete the reCaptcha tasks > 

then the message is displayed - Sign up to join your team

We are having trouble terrifying reCaptcha for this request. Please try again. if the problem persists, try another browser/device or reach out to Atlassian Support. 

How do we resolve this? Thanks

Did you try another browser? Usually this is because something is blocking the recaptcha from working (browser plugin, firewall, etc.)  Have they tried on a different device?
