Why does my space (that I created) say a Former User is the administrator?

I can't add space shortcuts to my space, that I created and am supposed to be the administrator of - Administrator says "Former User" but we have no former users... please help!

Hi @zaralord 

Is this space the default space you created? 

For the default space in the free version of confluence cloud, there is a known bug: CONFCLOUD-68319

Also in this community answer described.
