Unable to see Project Automation option in a project.

I don't see the Project automation option in a project (pic 1). I was able to see the option at other project in diff space (Pic 2). I am currently an admin and I cannot find a way to add the Project option anywhere. Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks

Hi @Jehu Pineda 

I am no expert on Structure for Jira but one of those projects seems to be using the Structure for Jira plugin and the other a different Gantt Chart, maybe something is configured in the structure for jira plugin to disable automation.

Also can you confirm both of those projects are company managed projects, if one is a team managed project even if you have jira admin you need to be granted project admin to see the automation plug in to my knowledge

HI Clark, I find out that our IT department is not allowing us to automate the project. Thanks for the help.
