Unable to View Documents in the Mobile App

I'm trying to view documents in our mobile Confluence app. However, every time I click on the "View" button beneath the document name, it closes out of the screen with the list of attachments and takes me back to the "View Attachments" screen. 

I've tried logging out, turning off my phone, and had others try it on their devices and it's still not working. We've been dealing with this issue since Friday. Any ideas on how to fix it?

I was using an iPhone 11 but am no longer experiencing the issue.
