If you are the space admin, you can create a space template like so:

  1. Go to your desired space
  2. Space tools
  3. Content tools
  4. Click the 'Create New Template' button
  5. Create your template (add label if desired)
  6. Save
  7. Go to a parent page in your space
  8. Add the {Create from template} macro
  9. Point the button to your newly created template

If you want a global template, go to the cog wheel, general configuration, global templates and blueprints and follow the same steps above.

Note: Pages created by clicking the create from template button will be nested under the parent page.
