Resize a table within a table

I have a primary table that is set as wide as I'd like for it to be. Within one row of the table I have an if/then table that I want to resize. I want the text to wrap rather than extend as wide as the primary table. How can I do that?

If you have the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app installed for your instance, you may try the Table Transformer macro and its changing column width feature.
