'Other Macros' not appearing and 'User Macros' in administration not loading

More often than not, when I hit 'Other Macros' in editing, nothing happens - no macro window appears. 

If I go to 'User Macros' under administration, the page just sits there loading. 

I did have some user macros previously, but I've removed them when I was able to get to the User Macros page. 

Running 6.10.1. I've tried restarting, clearing the plugin macro cache through Cache Management (unsure if this is actually related to user macros, but no change either way). 

Any ideas?

I had the same problem; I had multiple domains for my Confluence.

The base one is 'wiki' and I also have 'confluence'.

Try accessing your Confluence by the base/main hostname, not any other aliases you may have created. Macros are now visible.
