I feel like I've dug pretty deep in trying to find an answer, but I cannot get @ mentions to work on Confluence Cloud at all.

I've triple checked my settings in the settings -> editor: Disable Auto Complete

I've triple checked global settings (I'm an admin) and no dice.

I've tried different browsers thinking is could be a JS issue

It worked a few weeks ago, but has been broken the last week or two.

Any advice is very appreciated.

Hi @Dane Grace , @Jeff Klein ,

Did this issue resolve itself?

It has been an intermittent issue for other instances in the past - if still an issue, I'd suggest contacting https://support.atlassian.com/

Same, this has literally destroyed my ability to create tasks for myself in Jira.

Seriously... not working for anyone in our org and has basically rendered confluence useless. However, this is working for us in Jira which is very strange!!!
