Import a Confluence Space error

When I import a file on the Import a Confluence Space page, the error "There was an error during import" occurs.

Tell me what could be the reason.

Welcome to Atlassian community. 

The screenshot does not have much info about what exact was the error.  The logs will have more info about the failure reason. Did you find anything interesting in the logs ?Its better you open a ticket with support. Attach the support.zip .
