How to keep Confluence page format the same regardless of web page zoom setting or sidebar setting

What macro is needed to ensure that the page format looks the same regardless of page zoom settings? For example, the formatting, spacing, and graphics change if the browser setting is at different zoom levels. So different users will see something different. Also, the formatting changes when the sidebar is either collapsed/expanded.
