Create link to JIRA *release* in Confluence

The JIRA Issue macro can be used in Confluence to link to an issue in JIRA.

Is there a way to create a similar automatic link in Confluence that links to a release in JIRA?

That is, link to the https://jira.mycompany.com/projects/ABC/versions/75461 page that is the release page for e.g. version 10.2.4 of product ABC. Better that this version can be linked using the release identifier 10.2.4 rather than the random identifier 75461.

I created a small filter and exported it as a printable. Saved as a PDF.  Put the PDF in the confluence page. When you open the PDF in Confluence you see see the links within the release. It does work this way, not a macro but it does work.

Hello there, while Confluence does not have such a macro the same result can be achieved via our app 'Automated release notes'. If you are on the cloud there is a free version of the app as well.
