Confluence user directory is not synchronizing with a crowd

Arvind Pal January 14, 2021

Hi,

User directory is not synchronizing with a crowd getting following "error synchronization failed. See server logs for details".

I have attached an error screenshot.

While checking the error log, I found the following...

2021-01-15 04:03:54,228 INFO [Caesium-1-1] [atlassian.crowd.directory.DbCachingRemoteDirectory] synchroniseCache failed synchronisation complete for directory [ 17858562 ] in [ 120100ms ]

WARN [Caesium-1-3] [directory.ldap.cache.EventTokenChangedCacheRefresher] synchroniseAll Incremental synchronisation is not available. Falling back to full synchronisation
com.atlassian.crowd.event.IncrementalSynchronisationNotAvailableException

Can you someone check and advise?confluence error screenshot.png

Thanks in advance,

Arvind
