Confluence Archiving Plugin Installed But Not Working

We have downloaded and installed the archiving plugin for Confluence, but unfortunately are receiving the following error on the screen:

"This add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled."

Its very non-descript and provides no information. The license says its valie, but the plugin is greyed out in the list. Has anyone had this issue before?

I would suggest you looking at the logfile <CONFLUENCE-HOME>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log for more information when you try to enable the plugin. If you post it here, I can check if it is something obvious for me or alternatively you can contact the plugin vendor directly:

Kind regards,
