Confluence Archiving Plugin Installed But Not Working

Veracode June 26, 2013

We have downloaded and installed the archiving plugin for Confluence, but unfortunately are receiving the following error on the screen:

"This add-on could not be loaded. It has one or more errors which prevent it from being enabled."

Its very non-descript and provides no information. The license says its valie, but the plugin is greyed out in the list. Has anyone had this issue before?

Hi,

I would suggest you looking at the logfile <CONFLUENCE-HOME>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log for more information when you try to enable the plugin. If you post it here, I can check if it is something obvious for me or alternatively you can contact the plugin vendor directly: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.midori.confluence.plugin.archiving/version/55/support

Kind regards,

Peter
