Can I chose custom color for table cell

I want to pick dark orange for my heading row of table. I am not able to do. I can do HTML edit if thats what it takes. Just tell me how to do it. 

 

I also want border of table to be orange, can we do it ?

Hi Rishi, currently there is no way to modify these options in Cloud. Atlassian previously closed a request to have more cell highlight colors enabled, but I think users are continuing to lobby for additional enhancements.
