Best template for Internal Processes?

Hi Team!

I'm looking for the best possible templates to start a clear/consistent knowledge base. Specifically regarding Billing related content for customer facing teams. 
Would you mind giving me some suggestions? 

Or if there isn't a template you recommend per se, maybe some tips for this scenario in particular.
