Auto-labelling to all Confluence pages in a page tree

Hi there,

I am trying to build an automation in Confluence whereby any time I create a new page within a given page tree / sub pages off an original parent page - a label is applied to that page. 

I don't know anything about CQL but open to learning if anyone can help :)
