Say hello to new Atlassian Intelligence features in Confluence Whiteboards!

And we unveiled several upcoming features at Team Europe last week. 🎉 (If you missed it, check out the on-demand library here)

AI in whiteboards:

Confluence whiteboards is a powerful tool for brainstorming. We are so excited to introduce the upgraded Confluence Whiteboards powered by Atlassian Intelligence. These new features will elevate your brainstorming sessions, taking your productivity and efficiency to the next level.

• Generate stickies (coming soon) 

Oftentimes, getting started is the hardest part of a brainstorming session. Now, you can start with a single idea, and have Atlassian Intelligence generate similar ideas based on the first. In addition, you can also have AI provide recommendations based on relevant data from Confluence, Jira, and JSM.

• Clustering stickies (coming soon) 

Once all your team's brilliant ideas are displayed on your whiteboard, you can now ask Atlassian Intelligence to group similar ideas together. Instead of manually reviewing and categorizing the stickies on the board, you can delegate the task to AI and focus on essential tasks.

• Summarize whiteboards (coming soon)

Instead of appointing a facilitator to read through all the ideas on the board and summarize them, you now have the option to use Atlassian Intelligence. This feature offers a prompt, clear, and concise summary of your entire whiteboard. Additionally, you can convert this summary into a written Confluence page using AI, enabling you to kickstart progress on your project.

Great features! Additionally could you please help prioritize the fix for a bug where exporting to PDF renders the hyperlinks and text unclickable. Not even able to select/copy plain text.

Summarise, for sure there are use cases :) I believe

Wanted to ask about usability features, are they coming?

- Shapes are not scaling font

- Arrows miss brazier functionality so it's hard to work with WB when having a lot of arrows

- Three predefined arrow sizes are not enough - when working on big elements like in 10% of scale, they are not visible

- Scaling multiple elements at once - I think most critical. Once you have 50 elements and now you need to increase size of them. This is very needed

- Custom font size and align to top or bottom of the shape
