Are field descriptions broken for everyone??

I've just noticed this morning that the toggle to enable field descriptions in a database seems to be broken. No matter the database or field type, I'm getting the following error when trying to turn them on:

Canvas Database error: Unknown change type set_show_field_description.

 Is this a widespread bug or is it just impacting me?
