UI issue - manipulating rows in database

When you select one or more rows somewhat 'deeper' in the database (you need to scroll down), the menu for manipulating entries is not visible. You need to scroll to the top of the database to see the menu. You expect to view the menu in the context of the selected rows, anytime you select one or more rows.

What I notice is that when you scroll down, at first the menu goes out of field, but after a short time (~second) it reappears at the top. The same when you scroll up again, the menu moves to the top. But then it looks like the menu moves up row by row. So I expect when you have a lot of rows in your database it can take a while till the menu gets back to its original position.

@Rebecca Dai - I still notice the same behavior as before, i.e. a delay before the menu reappears on top. But maybe this is normal?
