Richtext or Markdown text as a column?

Is there a way we can add richer content like a non-database table on confluence?

We also have a similar need for this as we're trying to leverage the DBs to store requirements, which often hold bullets text information as a way to enhance readability.

Trying to do exactly this in two orgs right now. Adding markdown makes this a major improvement over old tables for us. I need the table for regulator submissions.
