I've invited users but the linked jira issues in the page won't authenticate. Ack!

I've invited people to my Space - one of which is a customer - but the linked jira issues won't authenticate.  I don't want to make any of them an admin and can't find the configuration cog which was in the server version.

Hi @Erin Murtha

Because your customer is not a licensed user of your Jira Service Desk or Jira Project, the link will not work for them. If your other invitees are colleagues and they are service desk agents or people in the Jira project, then they will have access to the linked Jira.
