For Bitbucket Datacenter currently we are using Rest Api v1 and it seems that Rest Api v2 does not work. From what I found through some quick research, it seems that Rest Api v2 is only for cloud and Rest Api v1 is for both server and datacenter. My question is basically if there is a rest api v2 implementation that can be used for Bitbucket Datacenter now or if there are plans for the future? I just wanted to know if anything has changed by now that enables the use of Rest Api v2 in Bitbucket Datacenter. We use Bitbucket Datacenter v7.21.0

Atlassian will correct me if I'm wrong, but AFAIK the "v2" REST APIs are only for the Cloud. There are no plans to port them to Data Center. And, Server is end-of-support from February 2015 any way.

Consequently, you should build your integration for "v1".
