Wrong license users number when purchasing bitbucket add-on

Hi, happy 2024!!!
Previously, my Bitbucket server had a license for 25 users; later, this number was reduced to 10.
The issue is that when I try to pay for the update of the add-ons used in Bitbucket, a license for 25 users is applied.
Please, I need your help.
